Zombies Invade The Capital City

Lock your doors and board up the windows! The 14th Annual Downtown Lansing Zombie Walk returns on Saturday October 5, 2024, and registration starts at 3pm outside of Impression 5 Science Center in the Riverside Parking Lot.

Z-Walkers must purchase tickets to participate, and all ages of the undead are welcome. Discounted advance tickets are on sale HERE through September for $5 each, and kids 4 & under walk for free. (Please note that Eventbrite service fees apply to all online purchases.) Tickets are also available on the day of the walk for $10, and can be purchased at the How-To Halloween tent located near the Riverwalk Theatre entrance.

It is strongly encouraged that zombies bring donations for the Greater Lansing Food Bank, and those ghoulish givers will be entered in a drawing for a prize pack worth $100. The walking dead are invited to compete in our Best Zombie Contest at 4pm for a total prize package valued at over $200.

Afterwards, the horde will be given instructions before being unleashed on the unsuspecting citizens. Traffic will come to a stand still as we slowly make our way to the steps of the Capitol for the most amazingly horrific photo shoot that Mid-Michigan has ever seen.
